What if I'm not sure AI can help my business? +
That's exactly what the 20-minute call is for. Most owners aren't sure where AI fits — we'll talk through your operation and tell you honestly whether there's a real opportunity. If there isn't, we'll say so.
How is Providence AI different from other AI consultants? +
We're operators first. James learned AI to solve real operational problems inside a real business, not the other way around. We build and deploy working systems you own — not strategy decks or vague retainers.
What size businesses do you typically work with? +
Owner-operated businesses roughly between $2M and $10M in revenue — healthcare practices, trades, specialty retailers, and professional services. The kind of place where the owner is still in the building every day.
What if I'm not in Wisconsin? +
Not a problem. The work is done remotely — screen shares, calls, and systems deployed in your environment. Location doesn't matter.
